As a student services assistant my duties include a variety of tasks. As appointments come to the office I check them in and let their advisor know they are here. I set up appointments for current and prospective students and help the gruadate and undergraduate advisors with any additional tasks they may have. Student assistants are in charge of keeping the office organized. Interact with students, staff and faculty on a daily basis.

During my time in Diesel Systems Division at Robert Bosch, LLC, I was involved in a variety of projects and planning tasks. I managed my department's social media outlets including monitoring, creating content and updating the profile. I supported my colleagues in brainstorming modern, new advertisements to be used in the North American market intended for industry publications, Facebook and internet sites. Implemented a system to track a large inventory of trade show gifts and give-aways. I created a database to track the social media mentions of the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel and 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I managed my departments diesel engine fleet that we used for ride and drives for customers, demos and industry events. I was involved in event coordination support where I would hold meetings, maintain an OPL, make registrations, etc. I was an editor on Bosch's intranet and updated and maintained our department's page. At times I even worked with an external production company to shoot short, information videos for internal communication within Bosch.

During my time with Olympia Entertainment I worked in the Olympia Club in Joe Louis Arena. There I communicated with kitchen and workers to ensure stable flow of guests. Assisted co-workers during rush hours while still successfully completing my own duties at a high level.
